Daryl Milliner was a Director for Paradigm Partners, East Coast, USA from 2007-2013: Through his work with Paradigm Partners/Regional Consulting & Solutions Group, Daryl provided strategic tax, business planning services and resources, technical assistance to business owners, community based organizations and non-profit initiatives. He also offered strategic business, state and local tax planning strategies, R & D tax credits, WOTC, IC-DISC, hiring tax incentives and recovery opportunities to manufacturers, healthcare, bio tech, medical, pharmacy, tool & die, fabrication, molding and export companies. Through Daryl’s strategies, the company increased revenues in the region by 200%. Other accomplishments while with Paradigm Partners include launching successful tri-state networking collaboratives, creating CPA partnerships and recruiting protocols for the Western Pennsylvania region. He also developed media and marketing materials for websites while increasing Paradigm Partners’ footprint on the East Coast.

DJ Milliner, is a graduate of Penn State University. joining the team in 2010, became an integral back house sales and marketing role where he manages social media networks, coordinates integrated solutions and our marketing campaigns. DJ also works with our media partners, university communications, client acquisition, corporate image and business development. DJ focuses his time in Gorilla Marketing, passionately seeking the next marketing blockbuster. Taking the knowledge of his father’s past and incorporating his youthful ideas hoping to be a marketing mogul someday.

Nayana Reis

VP Public Relations

Born in Brasilia-DF, Brazil. Grew up in the urban and rural regions of Sao Paulo state. Today lives in the state of New Jersey, USA. When Nayana was 12 years old, two words changed her life. Those words were "love and passion". Nayana has a BA in Public Relations from METROAMP/Veris Educational in 2008. Studied English at (EPI) English Program for Internationals at University of South Carolina in 2010. Nayana, was hired by the CO-Founder President of Faculdades Metrocamp, Campinas – SP Brazil, to be the executive assistant at the marketing department. Soon was promoted as the group leader promoting analysis and quality management, public relations, projects elaboration, marketing research, event programs, social media, and master of ceremonies, in addition to event production and alumni job orientation. Worked as a Tour guide at Walt Disney World® Resort for the English Days program by American Language Learning. Guiding international students, and facilitating their improvement of English language. Her responsibilities included: twenty-four hour facilitating to the students’ needs and ensuring a safety, enriching youth experience at Walt Disney World® Resort. Recently, acquired Executive Diploma in Hospitality Operations, Emphasis in Event Management at The International School of Hospitality TISOH, from Las Vegas, Nevada. Internship was the backstage assistant for JFK Jewelry Annual event promoted at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino. Also assisted Dragon Ridge Country Club promoting fraternity gathering. She's now launching her own TV program called “Life in the City” at the Princeton Community TV, and recently joined Entertainment Communications, LLC.
